Luzia Mühlebach is a massage therapist EFA (EMR, ASCA), her treatments are covered by complementary health insurance. Please clarify with your insurance company before your first appointment whether and/or to what extent the costs are covered. Of course, private patients are welcome, too.
Please note: In trigger point therapy, pain points are detected and released with manual pressure. This can be painful during the treatment, please do not expect a pure relaxation massage.
The same symptoms as above can be treated according to Liebscher and Bracht.
This form of therapy is best suited for patients who want to actively intervene in the disease process and are prepared to do 10-15 minutes exercise per day (at home) in addition to the treatments.
Please note: The focus here is your well-being. Your self-healing powers are activated and the vegetative nervous system is balanced. These methods are aimed at the whole organism, not at specific, local pain. Important: Pure relaxation treatments as well as purely preventive treatments cannot be charged to health insurance.
Please note: As a supplement to decongestive therapy, a form of compression must be worn in almost all cases in order to achieve success.
